Just bought a BMW R1200RT from Chris & because i live Down South, i was going to have to buy unseen & unridden. In order to do that i had to establish confidence in Marshalls. As well as being the most competitively priced bike i could find (giving me biggest bang for my ££'s) i had to speak with Chris, ask all my questions, get extra pics & video & decide if i should proceed. I was convinced, bought the bike and on delivery it was all & more than i expected. Got 12 months ticket, new tyres, new fluids & filters. Chris wouldn't sign the bike over til i had seen it & said i was happy. Excellent comms & quick responses. I can't rate them high enough.

Bought car from this dealer over 5weeks ago when we got car home we relised it had a fault with it phoned chris while in the car same day he asked us to take it back to him so thay could have a look and see what problem was after two days chris rang with bad news could not get it fixed at that point chris offered us our money back or to go back and see if any outher car we would want to have a look at over phone i asked chris if any thing new had come in and fortunatly for us chris had a car that we were realy pleased with chris sorted every thing out for us the guys at the garage were profesional and friendly would advise any one who is looking to buy a car to take a look at this garage chris went out of his way to make sure every thing was ok for us you dont get many dealers like chris or his staff like that any more would buy again from this garage thanks again to chris and his team

Found one of my dream bikes for sale online at Marshalls at a brilliant price excellent spec but was absolutely miles away from home, I called spoke with Chris and absolutely nothing was too much effort, detailed pictures, video, any questions answered straight away so… I bought it blind…and they even sorted out delivery too, the bike arrived exactly as expected, I dont think I could have expected any more from the guys at Marshall’s, it’s not often you find a good, honest “old school” dealer any more that actually want to help you rather than just sell you something. even the delivery company kept me updated and arrived earlier than expected and took the upmost care. If I could give more stars I would but I can’t, what I will say tho is I would have absolutely no problem buying from them again and again and doing it blind again wouldn’t bother me at all.

Bought a Triumph Tiger 660 Sport from Chris. A few chats over phone to check bike history and get my questions answered as I live far away. All good. Booked tickets and Chris got me picked up at train station. Thanks! Bike in perfect condition and ready to go just as promised on arrival to shop. Got some coffee and chat, and Chris helped sort out fitting the magnetic tank bag I brought to the non magnetic tank. THanks again! Spent two beautiful days driving home, bike going perfect. Very happy with everything!
